“I’m Olli and I founded Boss Mode because I love to create games! In the past I’ve lead the product development across multiple studios in both Hamburg and London. One of my key achievements was at GoodGame Studios where I lead the development of the products like Empire: Four Kingdoms and helped made GoodGame Studios one the most successful games company in Europe. My job as CEO will be to drive the product strategy for Boss Mode working alongside studio team to create the best experience for players and managing the game development from concept to global launch”

“I’m Stephan and I’m Head of User Experience at Boss Mode. I’m passionate about Arts and Design and that combined with a drive to deliver the best experience for players has seen me lead UX/ UI for several titles at GoodGame Studios and Naturalmotion. Its my responsibility to define how we communicate to players through the medium of design and ensure that the onboarding and user experience is clear and consistent throughout our games. I am also a pretty good 2D artist and I mostly build the UI on my own.”

“I’m Christoph! The last 3 companies I worked for I was a leading system Designer and in this role responsible for core elements for several games of different genres. I am a passionate gamer and love the combination between game rules, fun and structure. I always prototyped my systems why I am also a Frontend Designer. At Boss Mode I will be Lead System Designer and will co-ordinate with the development teams to ensure all components of our game work and talk to each other from a technical prospective. I will also will be in charge developing the Battle System for Final Fight”.
